$PLTR Stock based compensation. Does anyone have info on current or updated planning for the next 1-3 years on this? From what I've seen, they gave out $150 Million in employee stock compensation last Qtr... In the current climate where growth at all costs is no longer the theme, this kind of stock dilution cannot continue. It's amazing to look at the fact that since the Direct listing $PLTR Revenue has increased over 80%, yet over that same time - Due to stock based compensation, the Revenue/Share has gone negative.. This is a direct effect of stock dilution by the management's stock compensation plan and a major reason why the stock is way down. It would take a 250% increase from current stock price just to get back to the 52 week high of $29.29 (which is nowhere near to the all-time high over $40). As shareholders, under current market situation, we need to understand what is the plan and what are any changes to counter the changing environment. Management needs to be nimble/effective to change as we cannot continue under the current conditions w/o negatively effecting every shareholder's/employee & companies value. My understanding is that the forecast I've seen doesn't call for outright profitability for another 3 years.. This current stock compensation plan must be changed by management going forward in the ongoing market conditions. Anyone who has more info on this, please post!
