GMGI on fire as they are ready to finish off the year strong uplisting into the NASDAQ and has negotiations with many big gaming companies that we can hear about shortly! 40% revenue growth on quarter over quarter. 180% increase in operators since the end of 19’ and 133% increase in players on their platform (GM-X) since end of 19’ , impressive numbers. It’s nice seeing them profitable for the past 8 consecutive quarters as well.

The news cycles are non-stop positive developments for $BETZ: $CZR $WMH acquisition. $888 earnings, $PENN raised to $83 from $62 at JP Morgan, $DKNG ESPN/Giants deals, $DKNG $4.3B revenue by 2030, $PENN Barstool launch, NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB, PGA all playing ball.... $BETZ should be closer to $28-$30 by now. Time to get over the hump..

Check this link out instead of listening to all the people with hidden agendas on here who say "Vegas was PACKED last weekend" or "Vegas was dead and will never recover!!". I share no short term opinion of casino stocks. I just want to help people with facts rather than opinion.
This is a live webcam of the strip. If Vegas is booming, the strip will be booming. If Vegas is dead, the strip will be dead. Watch and make your own judgement.

Its one thing to be re-opened but the next problem is getting people there. Airlines are still off 70-75% depending on the day, then there's the corporate meetings which is a huge business (corp meetings cancelled), then there is gaming and social distance......the whole business is hurt......then there is the debt.

instead of buying back shares, $CZR should focus on paying off debt. Once there is no debt. expenses will decline and profit will go up and Price thereby will go up as well.

    $RAD conversation
Carl Icahn recently bought 10% stake in highly-leveraged and money losing $CZR and is pushing for a sale of the company. Caezar's balance sheet is highly leveraged and its business is very cyclical in nature. There is no chance that Caezar can be sold again to a private equity group. Private equity funds mostly prefers companies with low leverage balance sheet so that it can leverage up in a buyout. This shows Carl Icahn has a big appetite for risky bets. It maybe that Icahn is just blowing his horns to boost share price and/or is looking to get green mail from Caezar's management.

That brings to possibility that RAD may become Icahn's target at some point. In comparison to CZR, RAD is not nearly as risky.

Take a look at the numbers:

    CZR
    Stock Price: $9.50
    Market Cap: $6.2 billion
    Revenue: $8 billion
    Growth: 3%
    EBITDA $1.95 billion
    Operating Cash flow: -$1.89 billion
    TOTAL Net DEBT: $17 billion
    Interest Expense $757 million
    Book Value per share $4.52
    EPV: $23.2 billion
    EPV to EBITDA Ratio: 11.90

    RAD
    Stock Price: $0.76
    Market Cap: $800 million
    Revenue: $21.65 billion
    Growth: 1.8%
    EBITDA $550 million
    Operating Cash flow: -$93 million
    TOTAL Net DEBT: $3 billion
    Interest Expense $202 million
    Book Value per share $1.37
    EPV: $3.8 billion
    EPV to EBITDA Ratio: 6.90

First of all, there is no question that both CZR and RAD are laggards of their respective sectors. The above analytical information makes a comparison between these two companies very easy. The pharmacy retail is as much resilient and stable as the casinos are volatile and cyclical in different economic expansion and contraction phases. Therefore, a leveraged pharmacy retailer can handle much more economic stress than equally leveraged casino operator. Because pharmacy retailer is more stable than casino operator therefore, enterprise value(debt plus equity value) to EBITDA multiple should be substantially higher for pharmacy retailer than for a casino operator.

Now let us look at the leaders in retail pharmacy and casino sectors for comparison sake:

    CVS
    Stock Price: $62.70
    Market Cap: $81 billion
    Revenue: $248 billion
    Growth: 30%
    EBITDA $15 biillion
    Operating Cash flow: $12 billion
    TOTAL Net DEBT: $72 billion
    Interest Expense $3.2 billion
    Book Value per share $36
    EPV: $ 152 billion
    EPV to EBITDA Ratio: 10

    LVS
    Stock Price: $61.80
    Market Cap: $48 billion
    Revenue: $13.75 billion
    Growth: 1.1%
    EBITDA $5 billion
    Operating Cash flow: $4.5 billion
    TOTAL Net DEBT: $10 billion
    Interest Expense $327 million
    Book Value per share $8.73
    EPV: $ 58 billion
    EPV to EBITDA Ratio: 11

As you can see that the leaders of the group currently trade at almost identical multiples.in terms of EPV to EBIDTA even though CVS than LVS is more leveraged in terms of DEBT to EBITDA ratio. Whereas the opposite is true for CZR and RAD, CZR has higher multiple of EPV to EBITDA ratio of 11.90 than that of RAD, but CZR is more highly leveraged with debt.

In conclusion, there is a lot of room for RAD stock price to improve to shrink the valuation gap currently exists both with players within its sectors and when compared to a more volatile sector such as the casino.

$CZR remember Carl owns common AND debt — if a deal is consummated it maybe structured as Carl receiving $ for his debt and a dollar value for the common— so Carl May get $12 all out— while common is $10.50 and the balance paid for “his personal debt holdings” will net him $12– pedestrians will never come out huge win on something so terrifically publicized
