It holds a 100% interest in the Pluto Gold and Base Metals property that comprises 54 claims covering an area of approximately 3,000 hectares located in the Chapais Township, Quebec; and the Elon Lithium prospect covering an area of 245 hectares located in the La Corne and Fiedmont townships of Quebec. The company also holds a 100% interest in the Lawyers North, East and West property covering an area of approximately 15,469 acres located in the Golden Triangle Region of British Columbia; and the Allison Lake East property, including four claims that covers an area of approximately 1,500 hectares located in Northwestern Ontario. In addition, it holds an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Pakeagama Lithium claims that consists of four contiguous mining claims covering approximately 1,490 hectares located in the Electric Avenue pegmatite field of northwestern Ontario; and the McDonough Red Lake prospect, which includes four claims covering approximately 1,536 hectares located in the Red Lake Greenstone Belt of northwestern Ontario, as well as the Pontax South and Ile Interdite properties located in James Bay, Quebec. The company was formerly known as Gold Plus Mining Inc. and changed its name to Musk Metals Corp. in March 2021. Musk Metals Corp. was incorporated in 2021 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
