In addition, it is developing RV-1730, a Covid-19 vaccine; RV-1770, a respiratory syncytial virus vaccine; STP247G, STP144G, STP145G, and STP146G for the treatment of complement diseases; STP152G for ATTR amyloidosis indication; STP136G to treat hypertension; STP251G for treating hemochromatosis and hypertriglyceridemia; and STP237G to treat hypertension and hypertriglyceridemia. The company was founded in 2007 and is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
