Its drug candidates are BI-1808 is in phase 2 clinical trial and BI-1910 in phase 1 clinical trial for solid tumors targeting Tumor necrosis factor receptor-2 (TNFR2); BI-1206/rituximab in phase 2 clinical trial for the treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma; BI-1206/pembrolizumab and BI-1607/trastuzumab in phase 1 clinical trial to treat solid tumors targeting FCYRIIB; and BT-001 in phase 1 clinical trial for the treatment of solid tumors targeting Cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated protein-4. The company has a partnership and collaboration with Transgene to develop BT-001 oncolytic viruses for treatment of solid tumors; and collaboration and supply agreement with Merck to evaluate BI-1206, BI-1808, and BT-001 in combination with Keytruda; and licensing agreement with CASI pharmaceuticals for BI-1206.
